What we do not clean?
- Residential Cleaning Services
- Spaces under heavy furniture or sofas that are unreachable by vacuum
- Laundry beyond folding/hanging clothes, towels, or bed sheets
- Inside cabinets (including china cabinets) unless specified as an add-on
- Inside closets (vacuuming/mopping only if empty)
- Outside areas (beyond the front/back door)
- Small personal items such as toys, books, shoes, or collectibles
- Dishes (we place items in dishwasher; we do not hand-wash)
- Books will not be removed from shelves
- Commercial Cleaning Services
- Areas under heavy or fixed furniture that cannot be moved safely
- Items stored in cabinets, lockers, or closets unless included as a custom add-on
- Personal office items (documents, files, books, electronics)
- Outdoor areas beyond entryways
- Any task that requires specialized equipment not listed in the quote

Absolutely. We are fully insured.
What is the cost of my cleaning?
Please visit our pricing page for hourly and flat rates as well as special package pricing.
Should I tip my cleaner?
Tipping is greatly appreciated and is typically 15-20% of the regular cleaning price. Please leave your tip in cash and clearly labeled in an envelope. We do not accept credit card tips at this time.
What if something in my home gets broken?
If you’re not home, we will leave the item in clear view with a note. The office will then notify you about completing a damage report to have it replaced. This rarely happens, but we’re 100% honest when it does and take full responsibility. The cleaning specialists are not penalized for any mishaps – accidents happen.
